i would like to set up a group event at GPNY Grand Prix New York - a Five-Star Indoor Kart Racing, Conference and Event Center (http://www.gpny.com) Located in Mount Kisco NY.
i have never been there myself, and i have not yet contacted them regarding this, but i have heard a lot of good things about this place. the go carts are serious business, (up to 50mph on (two) 1/4m tracks)
it is kinda pricey ($20 to "join" + $18 per race) so i am just seeing who would be down for something like this... we may be able to get a better rate if we get enough people to rent it for a day or even a few hours.
we would need a decent amount of people, so if not too many from here are interested we can cross reference to other forums or just bring a few of your friends. check out the website and post up here if you are interested!
