I email them for parts Im looking for buy but haven't got any email back from them.. what happen??

On their site, they said email or call to order parts. I did both but either no answer or no email back.

Anyone up here can help me order part from Powered By Max!!! or any way to reach them.

what time did you call? i believe they close at 5 or 6pm.

either way there must've been something up because the PBM guys are usually available (from my experience) to answer a question or take an order. you could also try PMing dan here in zilvia?

when I emalied them about a quote it took awhile to get a reply back haha. I think it was like 2-3 weeks. that might be it?
