No. Don't try and swap them.

Yes and no.

An S13 hood latch can lock an S14 hood, and vice versa; however, the alignment of the hood and other body pieces do not line up.

Shit, I thought I read hinge. The latch is similar also but not exact, you can drill/slot the holes and make it work with a lot of alignment but the correct chassis will be an easier fit.
