Would a #E6 ecu(auto redtop ecu) on a m/t blacktop s13 cause my car to not rev past 4k ? I have a few ecu's lined up but I dont want to buy one unless I need it.

Get a 62 or E5.

Use skinny O2 with 62 and fatty with E5.
