I dont think thats the best fluid........enjoy the bump.
Dont enjoy the bump. SRF may very well be the best fluid out there. That doesnt mean I think its #1. It does have the highest wet boiling point. That is a fact. But it is expensive. Maybe you could sell a lot of Del West or hydrochargers using the same rationality. But I just dont think people could afford it. At 500deg I would be more worried about the $160 set of rotors than the fluid.
I use Super Blue, because it has been sucessful for decades and it is NOT synthetic. 15% the cost of SRF and 30% the cost of Motul 600. It is very comparable to Motul 600. I am not sure how many people here have over heated brake fluid on the track, but I have a few times. I take the time to flush the fluid every so often now. If you are getting brakes that hot you have other problems, but from experience the fluid has an element of safety. If you do have a problem and the brakes arent there its bad. Especially on car with no park brake. If you have the cash and want to buy the extra security it is worth it. I have found the ATE fluid works great for me and I dont need more than that. I say cost/performance it is the best for most people to use.
Giving me a bad rep for an opinion is not cool. Instead of asking why you jumped to a conclusion and had to defend your position. Just to find out that I do basically agree with you. I have no Idea how long you have been in the pro performance game but I have been around a while. Be nicer to people you dont know. :)
No hard feelings.

You dont research much do you bigtom?, what did you see a commercial of Jeff Gordon using some fluid so its now your "best" pick.
They use SRF for Formula 1 cars - that's all I need to know. Ill tell you why its the best. Castrol SRF has a Dry 590F boiling point and a Wet 518F. The dry matters but not as much.. dry means there is no moisture in the system or fluid.... thats pretty much impossible. The wet is tested with up to 3% water or mositer in the amount of fluid they test. SRF has the highest WET boiling compared to any fluid out there. The closet is Motul 600 with a wet of 420F lol :barf: . Water does get into your brake system. You DO HAVE MOISTURE in there. It enters through your seals, cap (rubber lines if you didnt replace them with stainless), if you take your cap off it enters. If your old open container sits for a month its has water in it. If you race and heat and cool your brakes the condensation increases water content etc. So as i said it is the best, i didnt think its the best, its not my opinion... it really is the funking best fluid you can buy!
Here i also found these for you...
StopTech (performance brake manufacture) "Finally, Castrol SRF is a racing brake fluid that is in a class by itself with patented chemistry" ....... "best racing brake fluid on the market today."
It then underwent an independent track test program conducted by a famous Formula One racing team. Their assessment was that "Castrol SRF is the best racing brake fluid we have ever used."
Subsequently, Castrol SRF was offered to top flight racing and rally teams throughout the world including most of the Formula One teams, the all-conquering Jaguar and Mercedes -Benz sports car teams and the Audi, Nissan and Toyota rally teams. Enthusiastic recommendation by these experts soon created an immense interest in Castrol SRF throughout the whole spectrum of national and international motorsport. Today, Castrol SRF is regarded by the international motorsport community as being without equal and it is chosen not only by factory-supported teams but by private competitors throughout the world.
Anyways, great setup here let me know guys!

Dont really want to part out but id guess about 150 shipped or so.
I didnt give you any bad rep BigTom... not sure what your talking about. The fluid is free with these brakes so according to your price theory... again SRF is the best brake fluid out there.
