WTB: Sr'd S13 Hatch - N.C or surrounding

Looking to buy another hatch and hopefully its already SR'd and possibly even 5-lugged to start my new project.Already own one but want another one for a Track project.
Somewhat Requirments:
Pref a 91+ up (meaning it was Prev a DOHC car + consult) w/ No sunroof Pref but will accept anything.Hopefully minimal rust.
Will need Compression #'s w/ pic's of indiv cyl tested also!

Any mods would be ok but not looking for a Fully built to the "9" 's per say (someone else's Problem car) - but basic mods would be great or even Stock SR'd - whatever.

I got a 93 se hatch, sr20det, refi gauges, kouki tails, gp sports kit, carbon hood, type x Wang :) and a bunch more....oh wide body fenders too
