So I just had my head rebuilt on my ka24de, and win the head and the intake was off I took all the emission stuff off that you don’t need. And thin i put every thing back together and plugged all the vacuum lines. Thin I tried to start it and it wont start I checked timing and went back over every thing to make sure every thing is hooked up right and it still wont start. And it has spark and gas and compression.
So if anyone can give me any ideas or anything I could have missed doing.
Any help will be grate thanks andy

Did you block off the EGR plate?

Also, is it cranking? Or just not starting at all?

mine did this i took out the distributor and bumped the starter till it hit tdc or top dead center on compression stroke then take the cover off distributor and see were your contact is it should be turned to point towards the first cylinder then install and hope for the best sometimes you can lossen the 2 10mm bolts and rotate your distributor a little...... sorry if no help..
