I just got reverse indiglos from procarparts and i took apart the steering column, but I dont wanna pull too hard on the black plastic part without asking you guys. i took out the 2 screws above the guages, and then i started to pull on the cruise control panel, dimmer panel. it wasnt popping off too easily, and its obviously all one piece, but I dont know what to do. thanks in advance.

I just put my Silver Reverse Indiglos from ProCarParts in.....
To pull out that big piece, pull the steering wheel all the way down and pull on the piece from the bottom.... From there its hould pop off and u can "bojangle" it out....the dimmer switch and the cruise control dont pop out real easy, but they do pop out. Try wiggling (sp?) them.... Once that is out, there will be 1 screw on the top of the cluster and 2 on bottom. Afterthat, it is all unplugging from the back of the cluster and u are ready to go......
For some more help with placeing the gauges over the needles and long dials (clock set and tripometer reset) search for a thread by aceinthehole about indiglo install.....it really helped me....GOOD LUCK!
