Are you running a larger turbo? bigger injectors? more boost? The Z32 maf flows more air, more air is needed when you run a larger turbo with bigger injectors and raised boost. Honestly if you even have to ask you probably do not need it. Most people that go with Z32 Mafs do so because its necessary.
