does not come with commander, only what is pictured.
$500 pretty firm, need $, no trades unless its something rare.

unsure of the tune, i bought it from ebay awhile back from jps_trading_ltd (they have fantastic feedback) and having a full standalone just isn't in my budget rite now, so i just wanna get my $ back out of it and pass on a good deal to my fellow zilvians.
