Two birds with one stone, try two 240's with one F150

So yesterday I went to my grandmother's 50 anniversary. And parked out on the street in front of my brother (white 240, mines black). Well after being inside for a couple hours my uncle came and got me. And what do you know, some idiot hit my car.

Ok, here's the whole story.
The guy, who has no license was driving his brother's F150, drunk. And after stopping at the stop sign he somehow hit the left rear of my brother's car, then drove across the whole side. After doing that for some reason he didn't decide to swerve away, same with the 20 foot driveway between the cars. Then hit the same spot on my car, and drove across the side of it. Got stuck. Then stayed on the gas and spun the tires as he tried to get away. Until my uncle stood in front of him.

So now both our cars are totaled. Both have some bad suspension problems now. He bent one of my Gram Lights. And I am just really pissed. This is the 3rd drunk driver I have been hit by. Yeah you read that right, 3 drunk drivers in 2 years. So if anybody drives drunk, I hate you. So now I am just trying to figure out what to do.

Yeah, his brother (owner) showed up a few minutes after the accident. We called the police to get it all taken care of. And we didn't talk to the guy because he didn't speak english. But the cop talked to him and then did a sobriety test, cuffed him, and put him in the car.

All aftermarket stuff will be sold once we figure it out. The rims have brand new Toyo tires on them. But like I said one is bent, not sure how bad yet. Not sure about a full part out yet. PM me with an offer on wheels, or HKS hypermax rs coilovers. But like I said it will be a little bit of time before I get to it. Uninsured motors took 6 months for one of my other accidents.

They just plowed into it after they came around the corner fucking backed it and limped off. Glad you managed to catch the guy. Just do what I did.

Get receipts of EVERYTHING that you spent money on in the past year.

Get pics of the car before it was wrecked to show the awesome condition of the car (the better the pics are the more money you'll make)

Get S14s off craigslist, that are overpriced either stock, or with similar mods.

Take all this stuff, and give it to the insurance adjuster. It'll help in the end and make you big moneys in your pocket.

Part out the old car, and get another, or get something else.

On another note, I also had a run-in this weekend with possibly one of this guys relatives... I was on the way to raleigh to pick up a kouki front end I had bought and an hour into the trip I top this hill (in my grandpas truck mind you since I only have the gto and 240 and traded in the cummins) and I see this minivan riding in the middle of the road and coming further over my way. So I lay on the horn and slow down and get over as far as I can and she ended up clipping me resulting in a scuffed up bed and a shaved side mirror.... And the dumb ass trooper says he cant find eveidence to support my story (even with my g/f riding shotgun as a witness) to put anyone at fault because the 50 year old woman told him we both drifted over and hit in the center of the road. With me being 20 I guess I'm just a dumb ass huh. She even told on herself by stating she had the radio blarring so she didnt hear the horn. If she wasnt asleep she would SEEN me it wouldnt have mattered whether she heard me or not..... WTF...

Surprisingly on my rear suspension the only thing messed up is the stock traction bar. So other than that it is mostly body work. Just a hell of a lot of it.

So just an update. We got the insurance money. Got about $5000 and got to keep the car. So now it is time to figure out what I am going to do.
