I have seen videos of the track...its pretty much a 2nd gear course....its realy fun and really challenging since its such a narrow track..mot really a high speed course, but a really good place to sharpen some driving skills!!!

if you guys look at the picture on the first post of this thread, i believe the highlighted portion will be the drifted sections. from what i remember, that part of the track is actually large enough to accomodate a vehicle, with definite dirt drops on the sweepers after the straights. what i'm curious to know is how do we get our cars on the track? i remember the parking lot area and everywhere around it being nothing but dirt and rocks. no paved cement to enter the track.

if enough events get held, there has been talk with the owner and alterations might be made to the track. to make it a bit more car freindly. and more of a race track then a go kart track. so every one just make it out. if u cant drive or have second thots about it, just come down, kick back and check it out for urself. see if its something u like

Yes the courese ar narrow but that just means you need to keep a better line and yes they will be second gear courses.

If you check Goog Earh you'll see the track is as wide as a two lane road so it shouldn't be a problem as long as you have enough control. Even if I can't participate I'm probably gonna go just to harass Deadpirate!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! and spectate. Looks very cool though.

that isnt the smaller chicane. its on the end of the str8. its super tight and has MASSIVE curbing. that will fuck up your oil pan if your any lower then a bro truck.

the fencing on the back str8 would be the only real problem, aslong as you dont try to manji down the str8 to extreme it will be butter:)

theres still a good chance you might hit the dirt hill of to the sides it should'nt be much of a problem but it could mess something up if you hit it. but just take it easy and have fun with it and you should be alright!

I was looking at the attachment given in the first post and noticed the highlighted drift areas, Is there any way you can put arrows in which drivers will b going and also high light the area in which we will be connecting the track? What will be your itinerary in which drivers will run to recieve enough track time? I and a couple of other buddies are curious on the schedule you will be running. Thank you

No worries on the video. Take your time. Its just something that will give drivers a concrete idea of whats in store. So I thought the challenge was TO TEST DRIVERS TO CONNECT THE TRACKS as stated in the first post. What happend there?

As for the drivers schedule, will each driver go out in 1 run and then go on to the back of the line, or will they get multiple runs to recieve allowable time to learn the track before they head back in line?

First drift will be the pink course, and the driver will be line up in the red course.... so you will drift on 2 courses at a time. after finish red course you will line up again in the pink course.

I agree. I think it's going to be hard to carry it all the way through the big bank. It just makes more sense to run it the other way.

I dont think you go on the bank, you just go around that right drift to a str8 into the chycane(spelling:tweak:). I belive thats also the widest part off the track you see the rest I would say is a lil over half that... If That.

The track is wide enough for a 14. I know cuz i have done it in a 14. as for tearing up the side of the track its going to happen. I wish i could stop it but its going to happen.
