s13 gauge cluster problems pleas help!!

i check all of the fuses and i found that the tail light one was blown. so i replaced it with the 30 amp fuse but accident so it blow. then i put the 15amp and i worked for a while but it was very dim then it blow out.
so whats really wrong with it please help me:aw:
