can anybody give help me
so i just noticed my rear wheel berings went out and i was wondring how the hell do u take off the berings ? and put new 1 back on

id imagine you'd need some sort of big socket. maybe a jack, couple of jackstands. oh, and a penguin. cant forget the penguin.

It's been awhile since I did a 4 lug to 5 lug swap on my S14 but from what I remember you have to take off the rear knuckle assembly. I forget what size those bolts are that hold the bearing into the knuckle (maybe 17mm). Once you get the bolts off you'll have a heck of a time taking the bearing out, I used a hockey puck (hey i'm Canadian!) on the other side and pushed it out with a suitable tool or press. You'll see what i'm talking about when you have the knuckle off. Not that hard of a job to do, just take your time. Good Luck.

take off the knuckle assembly and take it to a machine shop to have the bearings pressed out/in

lol... my friend was too "proud" to take his to a machine shop so he used

everyone on zilvia's best friend BFH (big fucking hammer) ... and i lost faith after 5minutes. but 10 minutes later.. viola! he had that sob OFF

so i guess in the time it would take you drive to the machine shop and back he could have em off...

No worries S14jesse: put it on a work bench, lock that freaking kunckle down and use that tool (puller type thing, looks like a freaking spider with legs) i forgot the name of the tool. Have the puck on the bearing and keep turning that (spider tool thing) a few turns and that shit will pop out. done! don't bang the crap out of it with hammer, you'll end up f'n something up. If all fails and you have a buddy with a 2 ton bloody press then sure make good use of it. :)
