good place to tune Power FC.

I have a Apexi PowerFC for my s13 sr redtop in a s14. my whole head is built with 272 hks cams, etc..., s15 turbo, this and that. my question is where is a good place to tune the stand alone? looking for DD Drivability, since it will be my DD. I live in Las Vegas so anywhere around Socal or Nevada would be nice. thanks.
