Q45 brake/ 5 lug swap??? s13

ok im doing the q45 swap and i want to do the 5 lug swap also but i cant find any links showing how to do this steep can anyone help.......... i have look but everyone talks about keeping the 4 lug. i want to know how to do the 5 LUG PART any help on my 91 s13 thanks

if you want 5 lug buy s14 front spindles and bolt the q45 calipers up to them.

You don't need to go to 5lug to run q45 brakes. You can re-drill the rotors to 4lug.
