how do you remove the inner tie rods i did some research and found that alot of people use vice grips been trying it but it doesnt seem to be working and i already removed the clip
any help would be great

i used an adjustable pipe wrench on the squarish looking park that goes into the rack, mine came right out...
There should be a spot on the inner tie rod where its flat enough for you to get a big adjustable wrench and turn it.

there is a spot on the inner tie rod and on the ball joint thingy...

SPL's site has instructions on removing and installing new inner tie rods, in case someone else needs to reference.

why not just buy the inner tie rod tool?

I just used a pipe wrench and some elbow grease. Does the job just fine.
Or use the nice breaker bar technique. Two wrenches, one on the IR and the other on the other end of the wrence, and you know the rest.
