Hmm I am curious if the front will clear an LS1...?
Truly I do not know if it would fit...There are a couple of key points to measure then I could give you a better idea.

Yes I am going to be building ones for the S14. They are a little wider than the S13, about a half an inch wider.
I have built a couple and they fit real nice...lots of room. I am going to try to borrow one of the ones I built to build a jig for these. Trouble is once they put it on nobody wants to take it off...lol.

Yep it fits...close, but it fits. SR20 will fit real nice as long as it is S13 SR20. S14 has the tall valve cover and it is just too tall. I am working on it though.

Well I have a small update. I just got these back from my laser cutter.

The bottom piece is the gusset for the RSTB.

It give better feel. To see how have a buddy step on the brakes in your car and watch the fire wall flex. In extreme cases the fire wall will flex as much as 1/2" when the brakes are applied. With the BMC stopper it helps brace the fire wall and almost all the brake preasure will be transfered to the brakes not lost in flex.

question, i see that the BMC stopper is adjustable. is it compatible with the 300zx BMC??? for those of us with z brakes.

I have not tried an S13 with a Z-32 master, but when I take dimentions of the Z-32 master it is pretty much the same length.

The clearance between the valve cover & the strut bar is basically the spacer. Good thing the Nismo mounts work well & the engine doesn't move much otherwise.

I have the strut bar, shakitto plates, front ladder bar, nismo power brace, and even Jonnie Fraz's Fender braces - everything feels GREAT.

I added another spacer originally, but that made the strut bar hit the hood. So there's very little room to play with in this design. Only suggestion would be possibly selling an extra pair of flanges for ppl who can get it to clear?

There is definitely a more solid feeling w/ this front strut tower bar compared to the adjustable Cusco one I had before. You can feel the differences @ autox - especially in combination w/ the other pieces. I'll post pics & comments about the fender braces in the other thread.

Yes...It will clear with the BMC stopper. It does clear the SOHC with Nismo mounts.
