yes my car when i start it i have to gas it for it to stay on or else the rpm's will drop and die..and when i turn on the a/c it gets even worse and idle's really really low...if i dont gas it when i have a/c on and i come to a stop it dies...i've researched but i just can't seem to find what i need... if anyone has some info on this lemme know thanks..oh and i have a 96 s14 ka24de.....

Yeah I've had the same problem with the rpm's dropping of when I start it up. I just swapped in an auto ecu the other day so I'm sure that has something to do with it. Any help would be great :)

Same thing happened to me. Turned out to be some air hose leaks which would really explain what happens when you turn on the air but i'm guessing you have already checked that. Checking your alternator. I would also try checking the grounds on your battery and your chassis. Spray some brake cleaner on intake mani gasket area. If it changes your idle speed then it is probably a gasket.

same problem. but no vacuum leaks.... any help?

Check for vacuum leaks by pressurizing your system and then check your fast idle cam on your throttle body. You can adjust idle speed manually from your throttle body.
