s14 and s15 came with the t28. There should be a garret plaque w/ a model # that you can look up.

No, it won't. Go make your own thread.

You can use them all, but you're going to need to modify your HKS actuator bracket; the T25 bracket isn't the same as the T28 one. It's not difficult if you have a Dremel. Just need to shave some material off of one corner of the bracket, and cut a new hole in the side (more like a slot, actually).

Yes, they only came with T28s. An S13 T25 will have 0.80 on the compressor housing, while an S14/15 T28 will have 0.60. Also, looking at the part number on the plate on the center section will tell you whether or not it's ball-bearing. Chances are, it will be, but some S14s came with journal-bearing T28s (i.e. Aussie models). All JDM S14s had ball-bearing T28s.

14411-##F## : Nissan part #
4#####-# : Garrett part #

Take those numbers and look them up, and you'll get the specs for the turbo. For example, 14411-69F00 is a ball-bearing turbo. The 4#####-# can be looked up on Garrett's website at Welcome to TurboByGarrett.com (http://www.turbobygarrett.com).
