I did it on my FWD SE-R and its super easy !! The hardest part was finding the Tap to tap the hole with !!! As fas as the feed line goes just tap the oil pressure sensor and your done !!! Do a google search or look on SE-R.net !!

Depending on what turbo your going to use ----you really don't need to run coolant lines !!! Just get an oil cooler !! IMO !!

well im gonna be using the stock T25.
but instead of me pulling the motor out i was jst thinking of gettin a oil sandwhich plate and run lines for the turbo through there.... i think its easier... any opinions?
oil sandwich plate>>>oil cooler>>>turbo>>>another oil cooler>>> back to sandwich plate to the motor
any suggestion?....

You should be able to tell from this picture. This is a DE that was tapped for a turbo. Once you look at your block you'll see right where to tap it at.

Find your local hardware store that carries a 3/8 or 1/2 NPT tap and find the drill bit that goes with that tap and your good to go. If you want step-by-step instructions, go to the sr20forum and search, it's been well documented over there.

You can't do that. Not only will you have almost no flow through your oil cooler(s), but the pressure will be FAR too high in the turbo CHRA. You need a restrictor on the feed line, and it to dump to the oil pan with a large line to prevent pressure buildup.

you could always tap the oil pan for the return if you dont feel comfortable drilling into your block.
thats how the honduh guys get it done.

Dan from DGR fabrication told me to use a sandwich plate or oil filter relocation kit to use as the feed line, because tapping the block for the feed line is insanely long and very hard to do correctly, but he said the return line is really easy. I also have an srde s13 but I am reluctant to turbo it due to the lack of oil squirters.

The FWD SR guys (and me too) just used a 'T' from the oil pressure sensor port and run a short (3' SS) line around the back of the block for the oil feed. You could also use an extra 1/8NPT port that is on most oil distribution blocks for the oil feed... but NOT for the oil return as the OP was mentioning.

I don't have oil squirters and am running a T28 at 11-14psi daily and track my car monthly. Don't let the lack of oil quirters scare you from turboing your car.

a lot of high hp builds actually delete the oil squirters
