I don't think the Maxima ones tilt down like the S13 ones, but I could be wrong. That right there is the genuine article.

The two that I've gotten have been exactly like that. Both were from Maximas. Whether or not it's an OEM option for Maximas I wouldn't know. I'm sure some Infinitis and other Nissans came with them as well.
