power steering feels stiff

I recently did a single cam to dual cam swap on my 1990 240sx and finished it yesterady when i test drove it my power steering feels stiff like its hard to turn. i swaped to the dual cam lines, resevoir, and i dual cam motor had the P.S pump already sooo idk wat it could be. and i heard that you have to bleed the system if you do can you guys tell me how to bleed it.
