i was wondering who would take it? some dude talking trash with his 07 or watever si it is but could a s14 with a redtop swap take it? im curious i wanna run him but i dont wanna be embarrassed. my car has a redtop greddy fmic buddyclub exhaust 1 piece aluminum drive shaft and 3 inch down with gutted cat. i hate all them honda trash talkers y cant we all just get along

remember crank numbers aren't power to the wheels so yeah an si might have 200hp to the crank but to the wheels it will suck balls plus your turbo sr vs his N/A si.....yeah +1^^^^

Try to line up with him when it's cooler outside- my 1/4 mile times dropped over half a second when the track temperature dropped from the high 90s to the mid 80s- turbo cars are more sensitive to ambient temps than NA cars!

But even hot I'll be you've got him! Keep it on the track- not just for safety, but so you have timeslips to rub in his face every time you see him!

eh. my s2000 is fun and vtec w/ rwd is pretty fun and it gets sideways stock goin down the track..... but its still like waiting for boost without that sweet sexual release in between shifts (and the power) lol. so i had to go back to my s13. the s13 has the civic on traction, weight and power... u wont lose!

I own a 06 Si for a DD and a s14 with stock sr with exhaust.
my Si is moded and it barely keeps up with the s14.
stock to stock s14 will win for sure. i tested this thread question all day at the track with my DD and s14.

Si is very fun though haha

My judgement might be off because my car's pushing out about 300 hp, but my sister has a 07 SI. I drove that thing and it was a joke. Even my wife's stock '02 SE-R feels faster than the '07 SI. You'll kill the SI no problem.

I think a KADE would be a different story. Both my hondas spanked the shit out of my s14 with its KAde I/E. The SI with a k20 @ 197hp probably would pull on it rather easily.

I've never drove an sr20det tho, and in all reality FI > NA.

Ha thats what I thought until I showed him broke back MT. in my moms A4. It was just another day I sold my s13 so I am driving mommy's car Going to the grocery store. I hopp on the freeway and there it was a fresh 07 SI it even had a body kit. Now when I got on his ass I was expecting to loose bad but I said wtf why not right ended up I spanked him and my moms is a 1.8 haha it was a glorious day for the Audi and I =]
