cheapest is US postal, but it's a BITCH waiting in line.
If you ship ALOT of parts, set up an account and you and do it online w/o waiting.

usps will have the best prices. I've shipped sparco seats for under 50 bucks a pop. I've shipped tons of parts over the years and usually go with them. Just make sure you pay the extra 50¢ and get insurance.
UPS freight starts at 150 lb. minimum, and they are usually pretty good about not breaking shit.
Fedex...i wouldn't even bother with. I've never had one good experience with them. Even their workers won't ship through their own company.
I work for a warehouse, and deal with a lot of freight companies on a daily basis...usually the ones that are cheaper, are cheaper for a reason.

UPS is a rip off USPS or DHL is probably the cheapest

It all depends on the weight though. Heavier stuff definately needs to go fedex or ups. For example, I have shipped several Q45 brake calipers for about 13 dollars through fedex or ups. But because of the weight, I estimate it costing 20 dollars or so to ship through usps.
For stuff that I am unsure about, I always just go online and get a quote.
Also always know the destination before you quote shipping especially for california. It is always way more expensive to ship to cali if you are in the central or eastern states.

Im not gonna get into a piss war on who is better, but I know one thing, DHL can lick my balls.
Ive ordered coils and an exhaust thru optionimports.com and that is who they used both times.
Each time, they lost my package, and took over one week from the ETOD, that shit pisses me off. There is no exuse for that shit.

It cost me 40$ to ship a bumper from Missouri to Maryland through Greyhound, and it was there the next day.
