yea stimulus...kinda late now but hell it's all good. it's really not free money...it's just the taxes you paid and they're just giving it back.

it could be anything then...i got a small rebate check earlier this year from the student loans i was paying. supposedly i overpaid them or something. or maybe from your credit card, with those cash back things. not sure, just go for it! haha let us know what it is when you get it.

and i have an inherited one in NYC that if it was rent controlled it would be like 5300 a month..

but yep 1400 3br 2bth

and thats considered cheap for what i have and the size...
