pop-up box with new PM message

I have this option selected, but whenever I get a new PM the pop-up box doesn't show up. But I do notice that there is a Javascript error somewhere on the page.

This used to work with the old software......any clue on what I mean? :confused:

I was just coming in this forum to post the same thing, tho I didn't notice any errors. Just doesn't work.

I get the same thing and its really anoying when you see you have 4 new PMs when it didnt email you or pop up a window. I havent tested this, but it worked with Ikonboardl. Go in your CP and turn the option off, and then go back in and turn it on and see if that works. I will try it in the morning.

Think I figured it out, Ill have to wait till I get a PM, you can only have one of the two options selected. Either Send a Email when you have a PM or Pop up a window to notify you. Hope this helps.
