Sprung a leak, any ideas?

I turned my car on and there was a 2nd HUMMM almost identical to my fuel pump but from my engine bay, I drove to work and everything seemed fine..

When I turned the car off I clicked the engine on/off a few times to see if I got the secondary Humm again but it was gone.. I looked outside and there is a slow drip/leak which looks like pure water coming from my passenger side firewall area.

I first thought maybe it's my A/C because I had it on.. but that doesn't explain the humming noise?

I changed my oil/filter last week, is it possible I loosened a hose in that area?

sorry i'd have more research but i'm at work, trying to make sure its OK to drive
