There are no s-chassis transformers figures. They are only licensing new cars, since the manufacturers obviously want to advertise those.
IDW, the comic publisher, was given permission to create their own character, however, and they made one loosely based on an S15 drift car. It's unknown whether Hasbro/TakaraTomy will actually make a toy (probably in the future) for the character. His name is "Drift" fittingly enough.
The lines that have officially licensed vehicles:
"Alternity"
There is only one figure, the GT-R pictured in the original post. It's unknown whether it'll just be a one-off figure for the line, or if the line will be one that's ongoing. The GT-R is 1:32 scale IIRC (maybe 1:24, i forgot).
"Binaltech"
These are die-cast figures with 1:16 vehicle modes and complex transformations. The american version of the line used plastic and was called Alternators. The line is currently on indefinite haitus.
"Transformers: The Movie"
Obviously, all the movie toys are GM vehicles since they're the sponsors

It's not cheap, but its not ungodly expensive. I might by two, one to play with and the other to showcase. :)
