yeah i know, after all it WAS their fault for leaving the door open.. hah! the homeowner says, "It's a scary thing to have around in the neighborhood" but thats the kind of things you should expect when you live out in the boonies or in places like that.

Damn! Walked in like it was a market or something huh.
I was gonna say this shit always happens in the hills around here.
But then I saw it walked in the house. +10 for that cat.

what you two need to understand is the reason they put the cat down was to prevent further incidence. If this cat was comfortable enough walking into a home of human beings and stealing a dog out of the bedroom, what happens next time it's hungry and a small child happens to be playing in it's backyard? that is why they put the cat down, not because of a dog.

If I was a mountain lion I would totally go after a small child instead..just for the record. They are probably healthier.
That dogs fails for not setting off the bark alarm. I know my dogs flip whenever I stealthily stumble into my house drunk at 3 in the morning. They wake the whole house, and I get busted.
Doors wide open in mountain lion territory = FAIL.
Windows are where its at.

how the fuck did a moutain lion snatch a dog right next to the other dog without anyone hearing it? I'm sorry but 2 75-90 lb dogs will pwn a mountain lion. Plus, the lion wouldn't even stand there to fight, most likely he would run away and live to fight another day. Mountain lions generally are scared. That might be why they put er down, because it didn't have that natural fear.
