Exedy Stage 2 Clutch (has under 10,000miles on it)

My transmission(sr) has been grinding in first and reverse
it happens when i'm in gear letting go of the clutch slowly happed in 2nd once in awhile
its about 4 out of 10x i take off(normal driving)

i figure a syncro or something is smashed up from dropping the clutch to much (cerametallic clutch)

anyway, im going to try to swap the transmission with my KA transmission

I know I would have to take the SR bell housing off and put it on the KA tranny but what else do i need?

#1 sealant (not sure what type of sealant)
#2 throw out bearing(anyone have a part #?)
#3 pilot bushing
#4 tranny fuild

what seals would i need?
Is there anything else i should be changing while the transmission is apart?

Just did my clutch replacement for the first time and maybe I can give advise on things that will make life easy.

I wish I had this:

Worked great to pull the old pilot bushing:

Have you ever done a clutch replacement? There is some good info some guys gave to me while I was doing mine.

Just that, remove and swap, RTV the new on. Done and done. You can change the front seal if you want, but nothing else is needed.
