buy a heat gun and a rubber hammer for the front. remove the fender liner then bash where that was inwards then outwards. use heat in small sections.. then hit those sections. dont heat outside the fender unless you want to bubble your paint.
for the rear you can put a basball bat or a strong pipe between fender and wheel and have someone slowly roll the car. this takes alot of heat.
you can do all this or just buy a fender roller from parts shop max :)

this is extremely helpful YouTube - diy fender rolling (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDTK9IjKIYU)

good luck on rolling them

>>EDIT<< some guy in the parts department just told me that Group 5 out of miramar rolls fenders, look them up, i hear they do great jobs. no damage to the paint

Hey Bro!

I'm in the SF/Bay Area too and have been contemplating if I should just get my own fender roller and heat gun and do it myself and then ask if anybody else wants theirs done too. I've rolled and pulled before on several various cars before a while back so I'm confident in what i'm doing. SoCal is living it up with local guys providing fender roller service at an awesome price. We should have the same.

I just checked craigslist and there is one guy that posted twice his same ad of fender rolling at $35 per fender. That's too high I'd charge $50 per car once I get my heat gun and fender roller from Powered by Max. This guy on CL seems to be from the South Bay - San Jose.

My opinion....I'd do it myself.

Don't waste your money on the fronts. The fenders are so thin that the hammer/heat gun trick is the perfect cheap solution. In no time, you'll have the front fenders fully rolled/flat.

The rears on the other hand are a bit trickier. Those stupid spot welds and double wall's can turn really ugly if you don't have the experience or are an impatient person.

But if $ isn't an object, just get them rolled front and back at a reputable shop. I paid a questionable shop to do my rears with an eastwood and they didn't even roll them completely flat. I went home and completely flattened them with a hammer/heatgun and was very happy with my own work.
