Is their a difference between open face and closed faced lug locks? I ask because the wheels have have very little clearence between the lug and the wheel and it appears I can only use open face since their generally very slender. Only problem with this is the last locks i had on here ended up rusting up so im wondering if I should put anti seize on the threads before I put them on?

open faced and closed face only refers to the end of the lug nut, IE, can extended studs thread all the way through. If you dont have enough space between the wheel and the lug nut to fit a socket, you'll need to use closed face with a hex/allen insert, or an extended open face like the muteki sr48's

I see. Im just a little anxious since the last set were rusted on. They weren't able to get one of them off so I have the get that one drilled out.

Don't use any type of lubrication on the nuts/studs. Better they get stuck and rust on there then to have it coming off on you while you're driving at 80mph.

Don't use lug nuts that have the key go inside, most of the time the lugnuts spline break and you have to break it off.
Use the one with the splines on the outside, if anything will break, it'll be the key.
Muteki has some like that.
