KA24E Computer Code?

My car is throwing a code that my service manual doesn't does not have listed in the chart. the red led flashes 4 times then my green for 1 flash. i have the factory nissan service manual for this car and it has nothing listed for a code 41!! i have searched the forums and have found nothing. does anyone have any info on this? any help is very much appreciated. thank you

would this cause the car to run very poorly? i bought a 1990 240 4 monthes ago drove it a total of 2000 miles in 1 month and i blew the head gasket. the motor had 277,000 miles on it wen it blew so i bought a used motor with 115,000 miles on it. i went through an checkd the motor replaced wat was worn or broken and put the motor in. the motor runs very well at idle i timed it to 15 degrees BTDC like the manual saididle speed is set to 750 RPM like it said but the motor has a very hard time accelerating. im curious as to where it plugs also? if it is on the factory airbox i do not have it previous owner put a cone filter on. also al emissions have been removed except the aac valve and the air regulator. thank you for the help.
