Simple problems

ive got a 92 s13

1. my pop ups will go down but wont go up.

I have no clue where to start, and i have searched and can only find how to fix if they will go up and not down.

2. sometimes my passenger light doesnt want to work, i flash the brites and it will come on...
how do i fix that? i replaced all theheadlight wiring and it still does that


3. also how do i remove the HVAC.

ive got all the plugs undone, just that metal wire wont come loose?
