Hes doing it because him and the other top 5 couple legislators couldnt pass the state budget on time like supposed to. So hes taking it out on state employees like pawns in a chess game by laying off part time employees and paying the full time employees only $6.55 an hour no matter what they originally make until they decide to pass the budget. O and they took a vacation while passing the state budget too which they still havent passed it yet. Theres suppose to be a press meeting at 11:15.

I have nooooo idea. Howver I just recieved relieving news that our state branch is unaffected. Im sooo happy I almost wanna cry. I know that seems gay but im so relieved. So shut up or ill have Phlip kill any one of you in the face. haha. Im so happy!!! However I still feel for the people that it is affecting!

I know if they tried that at my job (state employee, technically), everyone would quit and move to the private sector, and the only people that would work here would be people that'd work for minimum wage, ie, people with no background or experience.
