My mom also makes some bomb Phnom Penh noodle soup but that takes too long to make because of broth :)

after splitting them from their pack, i put some Kwong Hung Seng Sauce

my mom doesnt cook, i dont even think has been to a grocery store in years..however my dad makes up for it (he use to be a chief in England) so next time im home for dinner i will take some pics, and he makes alot from Asian, French, Italian, American (BURGERS!!), and much more haha so if your in my area hit me up he ALWAYS makes more, i usually have friends over they love his food too haha

I think at thai places they would either be called pad see eew or rad nah depending on vegetables. Someone can verify or correct me

yes, pad see eew is exactly it. it's a great thai interpretation of a chinese dish that uses essentially the same noodles, dry cooked. There's also a malay version that works great. I like it with sliced pork or beef. For those of you unfamiliar, the idea is similar to chow mein.

The chinese version (at least what I had in Hong Kong) uses more soy sauce and is typically served with sliced beef.

Dammit, I'm really tempted to go out an get some cooked noodles now!
