I've never seen it before, i think i might try it out with my sisters ipod touch. If it sucks at least ill get some style points.

how the hell would an ipod or iphone be able to determine horse power? its not hooks up to the car at all. and for the 0-60 times and such its bassically a high fasion stop watch from the looks of it. but the laterial g thing looks cool.

The Iphone has a fairly good accelerometer (g-force meter), so it can probably do an average job. I would not use it to compare to other people's "real" measurements, but it 'could' help you measure improvements you've made to your car.
