Yesterday when i was driving my car i notice smoke was creeping out of the hood. (I haven't driving it for a month) So after i got home i pop my hood the smoke was coming for the heatsheild of the turbo and i notice that there was oil on my control arm and little patches of oil everywhere on the turbo side so i was wondering if anyone has any idea about this problem

I'd check your oil return lines and the bearing housing... there could be something going on there..

If is is one of your oil lines then the only one you are going to be able to see very well will be the one on the block. There are two lines that go to the block: Oil and water, and they are right by each other. The oil feed is on the bottom and the water is just a few inches above. One of your crush washers may be not sealing right.
Edit: On second thought--if the oil line on the block was leaking then there probably would not be any smoke, just a lot of oil everywhere. The oil feed line goes to the top of the center section of the turbo. Jack your car up and look for a trail of oil from under neath your car. If you cant find any trails check your oil level (make sure you still have some in there) and start it up, if you have a big leak, you should see it pretty quickly.
