I forgot to make a mental note of this when I disconnected the stock unit.
Pink wire = negative (-)
Pink wire/green stripe = positive (+)
Is this correct? I can't confirm at all in the FSM.

is it possible to take a multimeter to each one and then to ground to find out?

walbaro unit and what do you mean any relays? I thought it was D.C.

lol...Relays are used in both AC/DC applications...takes a low current signal to activate the relay...and passes power from a high current source...
um...i do believe those are not the right colors...those sound like the fuel level sending unit wires...
Black/Yellow...Power..
Black ...Ground
also hope that you're using the combo parts kit
