Sounds like you should look around this site a bit more.
Use the search button.

And astetics are more of a personal choice. dont worry about our opinion.

Yes, Wide body 240's look good......ummmm......

Are you asking us to get rid of the Z for a 240?? cause that would just be dumb, IMO.

Well then what's the problem?

If you were never into the 240s, don't get into them now. You'll hate it, and you'll waste money on it, only to never recuperate from spending all that money on the 240.

Honestly, it sounds like you just want a 240 cause you want to be "cool" with the "cool crowd".

People getting into 240s for all the wrong reasons is the reason why the entire 240 community has gone to shit. Don't be one of those people.

i would build on the Z. everything is new, so theres no extra maintenance. at least not like with the 240, where you would be replaceing a bushing here, bad colar there, slave cylinder here, cracked brake line here..........

Any money you spend on the Z will just be making it better, not to keeping it on the road, like a 240.

But if you can have both,

then the 240 would give you a car for the track. and the Z would be your daily, which would be a very nice daily. You wouldnt have to worry about pushing the engine at the track to hard, cause you have a Z to get to work in if anything goes wrong.

So its up to you. If you just wanna build a cool car. then keep the Z.
But if you wanna track your car, the get the 240 to beat up, daily your Z.

and if your young and dumb, and think you can drive, so you hit the street twisties and touge, then get the 240, cause I garenteeeeeee, your gonna crash it (so cage it)

I had a 240 and loved it - I learned a LOT about working on cars with it and generally enjoyed it for about 3 years.

Then someone hit it and it was all gone.

So I bought a Z. the Z is NICE! so much more comfortable than the 240 and so nice to drive. Its way better haha. But way more expensive to mod, that is my only complaint. I plan to FI the Z and use any car I come across as a daily driver.
