I bought a Custom Log Manifold for my Ka24De not too long back, to start doing my Ka-T part collection, and it was supposed to be T3/T4 Flanged but is only drilled for T4; so the T3 Turbo I have is useless with it, and I'm not going to be reaching numbers anywhere near that in which I'd need T4 Turbo. I believe the manifold is pretty tight; My friend & I believe it to be a JGS Kit that has been Fabricated to it current state, but can't be certain. The Manifold has extended 1 & 4 cylinder runners which should help the turbo spool better/faster (correct if wrong please) and is flanged for external wastegate.

Well I examined the Manifold and came up with the following...

The "design" of the Manifold prevents me fromt just driling T3 spaced holes into the flange because if I were to drill new holes, 2 of the 4 would tap into the runner welds, and I do not want to tamper with structure of the Manifold. So I, later agreed upon by a friend, though it would be best to stud the flange for T3. This way I can secure the T3 down and seeing that I won't have to drill all the way through the flange to insert the studs, I wont tamper with the welds...

So how much do you think a machine shop would charge just to put 4 studs into my Manifold? My friend & I would assume under $50.00.

Also the manifold is coated in high temp Black Paint, and I would like to have it ceramic coated, how much would that run, and where can I get that done? Someone said a Manifold & Downpipe costed them $120.00, so maybe another $50.00 for just the Manifold?...

OHH... Also I can't seem to find a Turbo Elbow with the same Flange as my Garrett, so how much would I be looking at for a custom 3" Turbo Elbow.

If you guys could fill me in on the above, I'd much appreciate, and will thank you accordingly.
