I am looking to replace the tanabe sway bar bushings on my 1990 fastback. I was researching on the energy suspension website and found that there are 2 different from endlink bushings, a 25mm and a 24mm. The rear being 15mm.

There was a thread on here that i found through a search and listed this:
S13 chassis:
S13: (Abs/lsd package) Front bar 25mm, 21mm in the rear.
S13: (se without Abs/lsd package) Front bar 25mm, 17mm in the rear.
S13: (non se) Front bar 24mm, 15mm in the rear.

its kinda confusing since the energy suspension rear is only listed at 15mm. according to the website a 17mm rear is not available. So that only leaves me with 1 choice to get the 15mm.

Now for the front i have two options. I called nissan for the oem part number and they only have 1 part number for the front and rear sway bar bushing, regardless of model. that was of no help. i also called tanabe to see which stock bushing to use but they werent quite sure but they had 25mm ones in stock and told me to try the 25mm. I cant quite remember if the tanabe came with any hardware.

But if the facts are true from the other thread arent all 1990 fastback, an SE model? and all 1990 coupes XE model?

Confused so can someone chime in here to help me understand things. I am about to just order 15mm rear and 25mm front but rather know for sure.

Thanks advance.

If they don't fit your tanabe sways, get some smaller than your tanabes and bore them out. Done.

Are the ones supplied by Tanabe polyurethane?

Are we talking about the endlinks or the center bushings on the frame?

either way I got Whiteline or something, and just bored them out... They were purple... Not rocket science here.... even the donuts.

I'm confused too. he mentioned endlinks which have nothing to do with anything else he's talking about.

I'm talking about the D links to the chassis, Tanabe bars don't come with endlinks.
