What the heck am I gonna do now??? I was so use to typing www.z and scrolling down to zilvia.net. In fact, I kept doing it for the rest of the day in hopes that magically, the block would be lifted. *sigh* today is indeed a sad day.

zilvia isn't blocked, but just about everything else is. so i installed firefox, and guess what. the filter only works on IE. give it a shot!

i used to myspace at my old work.. and the supervisors said no personal use of the computers... My female coworkers where not as slick as me, they would have the full window open and they would get caught, which would result in a warning to everybody lol...

I still kept doin it tho, even ebay and paypal orders etc.. I got fired for other reasons tho lol

But it wouldnt hurt to change ur browser settings, turn down the storage usuage and have it clear all cookies info upon closing window. Incase a supervisor physically looks at your history.

i think IT nerds be all over you. there are these websites out there, all they basically a browser within a browser. So you go to the proxi site, and you punch in zilvia and zilvia loads within that site. but i'm sure IT will figure it out soon enough after jillions of traffic comes from the same site.

learn to bribe IT! they are probably looking at world of warcraft websites all day!

That worked on my high school's computers. Now my sister tells me it's an automatic suspension if you download Firefox.

download firefox but don't keep it on the desktop. put it in a personal folder in my documents and it should be fine. if anyone ever questions you uninstall it.

Tools > Options > Advanced Tab > Click on "settings" in the connection box > Choose "DIRECT CONNECTION TO INTERNET."


INTERNET EXPLORER:
Tools > Internet Options > Connections Tab > LAN Settings > uncheck the box in the PROXY SERVER box.

what this does is bypass your current security and acts as if the connection is connected directly to cable.. whats makes it even better is theres no remote access so your boss cant see what your browsing... cheers.
