FS:Rims With Lip 16x7.5 +0 with tires

I really don't know whats the name of these rims so if anyone knows enlighten me. I see them alot on s13's.

These rims have about 3 and a half inches of lip and have 2 brand new kumho Ecstas 195/50/16 and 2 es100s with about 75% thread left.
