Works Bell???

I have a quick question about the works bell flip up hub.

Is it also a quick release ? or does it just flip up to make more room to get in the car ?

I looked on their website but did not find out what I wanted to know.

It just flips up.

it just flips up so u have more room to get in/out of the car. my nig has one on his skyline, its pretty dope.

id get one if i could afford it. haha.
