i have a compressor. do the pistons have scores on them? and how about the piston walls. take this to pm.

it comes with piston seals and boots. basically the seals go inside the piston bore and seal against the piston (just a rubber ring basically)

The boot is the rubber part thats visible. It keeps dirt and shit from getting inside the sliding part of the pistons.

rip off the old boot, stick your air compressor (if you had one) in the brake line hole, and pop out the old pistons. then pry out the rubber rings...clean the shit out of everything...

and reverse this process. lube everything up with brake lube, and you're good to go. sometimes the boots can be a bitch to get on, but with enough persuasion from a flathead screwdriver and working around them with your fingers they'll snap on.

PS get the rebuild kit from autozone....by far the cheapest i could find
