Where can I buy strong enough foam so I can make a radiator shroud for my taurus e-fan? Like the stuff that goes in between the stock radiator and the radiator support.
I went to home depot, but the weather stripping was too thin. I have no idea where to look for something like this.

autobody store or maybe ace hardware should carry marine foam. YOu can buy that stuff and sand it own to make a plug(mold) then put aluminum foil around it. Use mold release agents to on the foil then spray ur gel coat. After that put on ur resin and fiberglass cloths. And wa la! custom fiber glass fan shroud.

I ended up buying some foam-ish tubing made to go around plumbing piping. It was cut down one side with adhesive, so I slid it in between the e-fan and radiator + stuck the cut out side around the fan's edge.
