I think I have a electrical problem...

I post a thread of me attempting to repair my wire harness yesterday/2 days ago. One of the reason I am doing it is because I hear some sort of electric leakage. When I drive normally, the buzz noise would not go off. If I go full throttle, the buzz will become more noticeable and the light on my hks boost gauge will stay on. The more boost/higher the rpm reaches, the buzz become louder...

The only thing happened between was my cluster light on the right went out. But I pulled out the cluster and drive and the buzz is still there...

Anybody can help?
