I always receive good feedback here. thanks in advance.

What head-work is recommended at the machine shop for the following configuration, what is reasonable cost?

Goal is 300hp, I would even be satisfied with less. But if cheapo-turbo pushes more boost I don't want to be afraid to use it. How much boost correlates to 300hp?

1996 KA24DE
forged pistons
t28 garret turbo (turns out to be counterfit)
yellow top injectors
walboro fuel pump
z32 maf
JWT ECU

thanks

None.

Get it checked for straightness, especially if you're going to use a metal HG.

...

BUT, 300rwhp is nothing for the stock motor. Easy.

Have you built it already? If not, skip the pistons and all that.

There are a TON of us making +300rwhp on stock motors...I have been for +5 years, with TONS of road course events, and even more autocross.
